What to know before arriving

After fair registration approval, you will need to know the following information:

The event will be held in the Alumni Hall which is located on campus on the first floor in the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU).
Table locations are assigned before the event and are organized on a first-come, first serve basis.
Plan to arrive 60-90 minutes before the event begins to ensure you have ample time to get settled in before the students are admitted.
No food items can be brought into Alumni Hall except for wrapped candy.
Promotional materials must be confined to the top of your assigned table. There will be no access to walls, windows or ledges.

Note: employers registering after the deadline date will not be included in the student guide book.

Parking at the IMU

Other important information to review

Registrants will receive an eight-foot long table with tablecloth for displaying your promotional materials plus up to two discounted parking coupons. You are welcome to bring table top or standing displays; however, we cannot accommodate oversized displays or other items that sit in the aisles where students will need to walk.
