After fair registration approval, you will need to know the following information:
- The event will be held in the Alumni Hall which is located on campus on the first floor in the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU).
- Table locations are assigned before the event and are organized on a first-come, first serve basis.
- Plan to arrive 60-90 minutes before the event begins to ensure you have ample time to get settled in before the students are admitted.
- No food items can be brought into Alumni Hall except for wrapped candy.
- Promotional materials must be confined to the top of your assigned table. There will be no access to walls, windows or ledges.
